  • Which membership would be best for me?

    If you would like to attend unlimited classes both in person and live streaming, have total access to all of the yoga therapy programs specific to your needs and direct access to a yoga therapist, and all content and on-demand classes and lots of discounts for retreats, workshops and more... Wyld Elite is for you!


    If you would like access to everything above especially the Premium Yoga Therapy Programs but don't need unlimited classes then Wyld VIP is for you!


    If you are not local but would like access to all of the content above except in-person classes then this is the membership for you. You can do all of your classes online or by live-stream then Wyld Online Membership is for you! (If you also want access to to the Yoga Therapy self-paced courses then choose Wyld VIP instead.)


    If you are local and just want the added benefit and the ability to take our on-demand and live streaming classes as well with the benefit of community (and pay for your classes individually as you go and app then The Wyld Membership is what you need.


  • I'm not a Christian, can I still attend classes?

    Absolutely! I would love for you to experience God in a new and pure way. When I attend a secular class I just stay focused on Jesus. Christians have been doing that for a long time. You can still benefit from community and all the therapeutic benefits. Yoga Therapy is for everyone as well, and if you want me to incorporate Jesus in your journey, I'm so happy to do that. But, if you prefer I don't, I would still like to guide you through your healing journey. Your sessions will be catered specifically to you and your body.

    Worthy+Wyld is a Christ-centered wellness and yoga therapy community created to help people experience healing, peace, and freedom in Jesus. Through yoga therapy, mindful movement, retreats, and spiritual practices, we guide you toward restoration in body, mind, and spirit. Worthy+Wyld's mission is to make Holistic Therapies and Yoga therapy accessible to everyone.

  • What makes Worthy+Wyld different from regular yoga or fitness classes?

    While yoga and fitness focus mainly on physical movement, Worthy+Wyld integrates therapeutic practices, nervous system regulation, and Christ-centered mindfulness. Every class, program, and retreat is designed not just to strengthen your body but also to nurture your spirit and deepen your connection with God.

  • What is Yoga Therapy?

    Yoga therapy is a personalized, holistic practice that uses movement, breathwork, stillness, and mindfulness to support healing for specific conditions such as anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or stress. Unlike a typical yoga class, yoga therapy is tailored to meet you where you are, helping you restore balance from the inside out. We will create a plan together to guide you to complete healing.

  • What is Wyld Flow?

    Wyld Flow is our signature Christ-centered class designed for every body and every soul. It blends intentional movement, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness to help you reconnect with God’s presence, release tension, and step into freedom. You have to experience it to really get how powerful it can be in helping you strengthen your relationship with God.

  • Do I need experience to participate?

    Not at all! Our classes, therapies, and retreats are designed for every body and every level. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner, we’ll meet you where you are and offer modifications to support your journey.

  • What are Self-Paced 8-Week Healing Journeys?

    These are guided, Christ-centered programs focused on specific conditions like CFS, Fibro, anxiety, stress, chronic pain and nervous system reset among many other things,. Each journey offers a step-by-step path of movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and prayerful reflection to help you heal inside and out — all at your own pace with tips from specialist in the field with access to ask the experts any of your questions. You will be able to consult with a C-IAYT yoga therapist to help discuss even more customization.
