GROUP YOGA THERAPY
Group yoga therapy combines the healing benefits of holistic modalities with the support of community. In a small, guided setting, participants explore gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices tailored to common needs — such as stress relief, anxiety recovery, chronic pain, or trauma healing. Together, the group creates a safe, encouraging environment that fosters connection, resilience, and whole-person restoration.
