Christ-centered classes designed for every body and every soul. Through intentional movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness, you’ll reconnect to your spirit, release tension, and experience the peace of God’s presence. Whether this is new to you or you are an experienced practitioner, Wyld Flow meets you where you are, helping you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm while cultivating a deeper awareness of His love and stilling your mind so you can hear HIS still small voice!

GENTLE FLOW
(flexibility)
Gentle Flow combines slow, mindful movement with breath awareness to stretch, strengthen, and calm the body and mind and is perfect for all levels and anyone seeking a peaceful practice.
YIN
(Strengthening)
Yin is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues, improves flexibility, and calms the nervous system. Postures are held longer, allowing both body and mind to release tension and invite stillness. It is the most healing form for trauma and chronic health issues. Learn to become like Mary in a world full of Marthas.
MINDFULNESS
(Christian Nidra, Meditating on scripture, and mindfulness activities)
Mindfulness classes teach the practice of being fully present in the moment - noticing thoughts, sensations, and emotions without judgment. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and gentle reflective exercises, participants learn to calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate clarity. Great for anxiety!
Adaptive Yoga
(modifications for various populations)
Adaptive Yoga is a supportive, inclusive practice tailored to meet the needs of every body. Using props, modifications, and gentle guidance, this class helps participants of all abilities improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness in a safe, welcoming environment. It can include chair, prenatal, men, surgery recovery and many more.
POWER
(StAMINA)
Power Yoga is a dynamic, strength-focused practice that builds endurance, flexibility, and energy through flowing sequences. Designed to challenge the body and invigorate the mind, this class leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and fully present.
BALANCE
(FOCUSED ON STABILITY)
Balance Yoga is a space where mind, body, and spirit come together through intentional movement and breath. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, release stress, and find calm in your everyday life. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, Balance Yoga supports you in creating harmony both on and off the mat.
SOUND THERAPY
(Christian Nidra, Meditating scripture, and mindfulness activities)
Sound and music therapies use instruments, vocal tones, and rhythm to support healing in the body, mind, and spirit. These practices can include guided listening, live music, chanting, or vibrational sound tools like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks as well as special healing frequencies that are backed by research.
