How Group Therapy works

Format and Content

Group sessions include:

  • Short teaching lessons

  • Therapeutic movement. breathwork, and somatic practices

  • Spiritual support, reflection, mindfulness and journaling

Structure - 8 Total Sessions

  • 1 individual intake session
    (60 min) before the group starts

  • 6 group sessions (60 min each)

  • 1 wrap-up/next steps session
    (30 min) at the end
