Amy's Wyld Story

Broken Open, Called Deeper, Wyldly Free

I grew up a preacher’s daughter who loved God fiercely but never quite fit the mold. I was passionate, bold, a little rebellious, and often made to feel like I was somehow too much and not enough at the same time.

But through sickness, healing, and God’s relentless grace, He reminded me who I really am:

Worthy. Loved. His.

And I began to see that my passion, humor, determination, and even my little bit of wyld weren’t flaws to tame. They were gifts He placed within me on purpose. He wanted me to use them glorify Him.

From the outside, my life looked great. I was extremely successful in sales, marketing, and business. I worked for some of the biggest publishers in the world. I had three beautiful children and now four incredible grandchildren. Truly a life that looked perfect and meaningful.

Behind it, I was breaking. Chronic illness. Burnout. Relentless exhaustion. The kind no amount of pushing through could fix.

And somewhere in that breaking, Jesus met me - not in a pew - but on a mat.

In breath. In stillness. In movement. In the slow work of learning to listen to what my body had been carrying - He was there.

I was drowning and he reached for me. Only in my complete surrender, did I finally hear His voice.

What began as my own restoration became a calling I couldn’t ignore.

Worthy+Wyld was built for the people, workplaces, caregivers, and healers who are still pouring from empty cups and pretending they’re fine.

Worthy, because nothing can change who God says you are.

Wyld, because healing should not make us smaller. It should free us to become who God created us to be.

I built what I needed when I was breaking. And God turned my restoration into a way home for others—a place to lay down what they’ve been carrying, remember who they are, and become fully alive in who He created them to be.

That is Worthy+Wyld.

Five things we hold to

And refuse to compromise.

Your worth is received, not achieved.

Your identity is rooted in Christ, not your performance. You are worthy of care now—not once you become healthier, calmer, or more spiritual.

Your body is not the enemy.

Your body is not something to punish, ignore, or perfect. It deserves compassionate care that restores strength, safety, and trust.

Faith and excellent care belong together.

We integrate Christian faith, evidence-informed practices, and professional wisdom with honesty, humility, and respect for medical and mental-health care.

Your whole story matters.

Your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health are connected. We care for the person—not just the symptom or diagnosis.

Restoration creates freedom.

Lasting change grows through grace, truth, and sustainable practice—not shame or perfection. Our aim is freedom to live present, courageous, connected, and fully alive in Christ.

Who We Serve

Healing doesn't happen in a silo.

Look at who's suffering most from stress, anxiety, and burnout, and you'll find three faces. They aren't three problems. They're one story — told in three different space. The teenager who can't sleep. The employee who used to love his job but now is burnout. The caregiver looking after everyone except themself. Three spaces, three faces — but the same struggling for answers. We have those answers.

MEET THE CARE TEAM

I couldn't find this team. So I built it.

For years I did what most people do — a specialist here, a counselor there, a book, a podcast, and nobody talking to anybody else. I was the only thing connecting my own care, and I was the one who was ill.

So I didn't hire a roster. I chose people to close the gaps I kept falling through. Every person here is licensed and credentialed in their own right, and every one of them was chosen for a specific gap — not to fill a seat.

Healing doesn't happen all at once.

Sometimes it begins with rest. Sometimes with support.

Sometimes with simply feeling seen.
